Daughter #3 is complaining of knee pain again. She and I are the only females in our household who love to jog. Lately she has been feeling a slight pain in her right knee when she jogs. What could be causing it? Wrong jogging form? Wrong running shoes? High uric acid? Daughter #3 was born with flat feet - no high arch on her soles. She underwent therapy to correct this issue. For the longest time she was wearing arched in-step in her shoes to correct the flat feet. She got the flat-feet genes from my mother-in-law. It was never corrected for no one in the 1930's have even heard of correcting flat-footed little girls. My mother-in-law even suffers from Plantar Fasciitis. There were times that she can't walk due to the pain in her right heel. I better have daughter #3 see a doctor just to play safe.
