One of my girl friends has this battle - with her bulges- for the longest time. Every time she gets pregnant, she keeps almost all the weight gained during pregnancy. From a svelte 108-pound pre-pregnancies weight, she know weighs 154 pounds. Exercise could have helped her lose weight but she has a chronic back problem and she can't do aerobics and active sports. Under doctor's advice she can do brisk walking and some modified weight training. She's also considering taking Apidexin to hasten up her weight lost. She said it's her target to lose some weight before Christmas. Good luck girl friend!
