Today, I have not talked much. There was no one to talk to. I tried having a meaningful conversation with Chuck, the lab pup, but all it did was bark. I had a sort of a conversation with the laundry woman but she was slightly deaf and I did not see shouting as a means to converse. I tried talking with Ethan when I picked him up from school but he fell asleep immediately after getting in the car. Now he's watching TV and he can't be disturbed. Oh I did talk with my son's coach over the phone around lunch time. Mostly it was the coach doing the talking while I put in a responsive "oh" and "ah" at appropriate places. I miss having a good conversation with someone on the same wavelength. I need to talk to someone right now or I'll scream! I can just imagine the tens of thousands of SAHM and WHAM who are in the same predicament as I am. No one to talk to during the day.
Oh, daughter #3's home now. Great!
