Ethan and I need to do our annual pre-Christmas ritual - make Christmas decors. Last year we did two: multi-colored Christmas angels and brown paper Christmas stocking. This time we'll do angels again, this time made of paper plate.
Materials:
* a paper plate
* pencil
* scissors
* tape or stapler
* crayons, paint, and/or markers for decoration
Procedure:
* Draw a pattern like this on the underside of a paper plate.
* Cut along the lines, discarding the dark section.
* Decorate the angel.
*Overlap the edges of the angel's skirt slightly and tape or staple it into place.
It's a simple and easy project to do with your kids. Go crazy with the design.
