Ethan and I were at the mall mid afternoon looking for a place to snack. We did not want to eat heavy for we were to meet up with my son for his birthday dinner. I saw a a concessionaire of different kinds of siomai or dumpling and proceeded to order. wanted to get French fries but I vetoed. He ordered a hotdog sandwich instead. I noticed that there was a proliferation of food booths and stalls at the mall's food court. There's the native delicacies food booth, the slush drinks booth, mini pancakes and more. I 've always wondered hos much a small business franchise of this kind cost. I asked the French fries vendor. He said franchise is at 350,000 Php then gave me a brochure on the how to's and where to's of franchising. That much for a 4 ft by 6 ft fries booth? Wow!
