I got home real late last night. I took my son to his new apartment. Yes! My son's apartment mates and he decided to end their contract with the old apartment because the place was too small for them. Small as in they always had to watch their step so as not to bump the ceiling going up and down the stairs. The new apartment is just a few houses down the road of their old apartment. It's a one-storey-two-bedroom affair. It's more airy and spacious. It's greatest asset though is the old couple who rents out the place. It was fun reading the contract lovingly and painstakingly written by grandma. No inflammable materials inside the house translate to no smoking inside the house. Keep the house in good order means clean the house especially the bathroom. The grandpa and grandma live next door and they sure'll do as nannies to the four boys.

Oh my...this reminds me of my 'renting days' when I was teaching in MS. One of the boarding houses I had, the owners were oldies...but they lived with us. It was fun for a while but it got a bit much so I looked for another place.
ReplyDeleteAt least they'll clean up more now siguro kasi may bantay....no inflammable materials...hahaha....baka bawal stove?
