What a peaceful way to spend a lazy afternoon! Walking a long a tree-shaded lane with nary a care at that moment. Walking is good for you. It need not be brisk to make it aerobic; just walk at a leisurely pace. Clear your thoughts. Breathe in good ideas, exhale the bad ones.

See my humongous bag? When walking or jogging, remember to bring money just in case you or your companion gets thirsty or too tired to continue.
