It has been my practice to pray and meditate daily. I find it uplifting and comforting to have a one-way conversation with God. I rant and rage; seek for forgiveness; give praise and thanksgiving; asks for help in my prayers. At times, I feel the need to hear words of comfort from other disciples of God.
