My son's mizuno pair of rubber shoes will kill you... I mean its odor is simply murderous! It has always been his habit that after training or a game, he always, as in always take off his stinky shoes in the car. I always tell him, as in emphatically- Do not take off your shoes! Your smelly feet will be the death of me. Not wanting to be orphaned at a very young age, my son promised to spare me from the stench. We made a pact, no blood involved.
He is to take a shower after every training or game before he gets in my car. If a shower is not possible or if there's no time for one, he could: first- take off his shoes while still in the gym, alcohol his feet then wear his slippers; or his feet remain in his shoes until safely reaching our house.
