Daughter #2 is serious about losing some poundage. Remember the diet plan we both tried two weeks ago? Well, the diet, although quite harsh and unhealthy proved to be effective for her. Not because the diet really works but because daughter # 2 was a picky eater and ate so little or did not eat at all. Bad diet plan. It's as if the root word of diet is die. The diet shook daughter # 2's system. The weight lost was mostly water, not actually fat. I lost a total of 3 pounds in a week while daughter #2 lost 8. My lost was minimal for I have been in a low fat-low salt diet since April that my body did not have much fluid to flush out. Did the diet work? In a way. Daughter # 2 repeated the week-long diet after a three-day diet break. However I still believe that the key to losing weight is less food intake and more physical activity. Stir away from high-caloric and high in fat food. If you choose to use diet supplements be sure to check out the product ever so carefully by reading reviews about them.
