The Biggest Loser, the TV show series is in town. There will be an audition at the Megamall tomorrow. Ethan seriously said that I should join and the sentimental fool that I am, asked him if I were that fat.

"You're not fat mom, but the cash prize is!"

Great! The cash price is quite hefty at $100,000 which translate to about 5 Million pesos. I have a niece who is 150 pounds overweight. She lost weight sometime ago when she started on diet pills. The moment she shed 30 pounds, she stopped taking the pills and at the same time started to indulged again and never looked back. The other day my girls were formulating the audition video of their cousin for the Biggest Loser in the hope that she could be one of the contenders.

Yup. You read it right. Draining, not Training. I was not able to go online yesterday for various reasons. The "reasons" were all physically and emotionally draining. Suffice to say I am a 5/10 in terms of being "okay". Anyway, I opened my email a while ago and a day of missing out opening my email account presented me with hundreds of spam emails. A lot of those emails are from companies offering diet pills. Are the claims of these diet pills all true? It's a good thing there is a website that do diet pill reviews. Five things listed in the site's DONT'S regarding diet pills are: buying diet pills without a money back guarantee; falling for those "free" trials; buying proprietary blends unless there are positive reviews about it; buying diet pills without reviews from experts, buying without reading consumer reviews. Are you on the lookout for the best diet pills for you? Check out the site for reviews of various diet pills in the market today. In the meantime, I'd life to put a little spark back in me. I need to recharge. Wouldn't it be something if people could just be recharged as mobile phones?

It is July already and in less than three weeks, the much-awaited, much-labored-for grand birthday celebration of my mother-in-law will smack me right in the face. I am so frazzled by all the preparations for I am the dupe coordinating the event. I was not planning to lift a finger to help the in-laws. I was just too tired and not really cart-wheeling happy to help. When one is tired and unhappy, the creative juices will not flow. So, why did I eventually take the responsibility? One of my sis-in-law called and asked to "please, pretty please help us". I finally said okay and now I am just drowning with work. I am actually losing weight (and sleep) without actually taking my dietpills regularly. The "losing weight" part is one perk for all the work I am doing. I guess you are all wondering what kind of party I am coordintating for me to lose weight and sleep. Now. Now. You just have to be patient for I will definitely tell you and show you when the time is right. Meantime, if you're not happy with the extra love handle you see each day as you look at yourself in the mirror, try exercising. If you care to take dietpills to hasten up the slimming process, ask your doctor first if you are taking any medications.

With my mother-in-law's 80th birthday celebration a few weeks ago, we are all in a hurry to lose some weight so we could all look nice in our Filipiniana costumes. The seamstress took the kids' and their cousins' measurements a week ago but I refused to have mine taken. I told my seamstress to give me until the first week of July before she measures me. By then, I hope I have lost the few stubborn and unyielding pounds that seem want to stay permanently wrapped around my waistline. The first week of June has come and gone and I'm still stuck with the unwanted fat! The second week has started and at the rate I'm being invited to parties, I'll never lose the extra weight. I have to think positively now. I will lose 10 pounds within a month. I will lose 10 pounds within month. While I chant positively, it might help if I look for the best diet pills in town and actually take them.

I just had my monthly check-up and suffice it to say that I was not contented with my doctor's consult. He barely did a physical examination! All he did was asked questions that were mostly rhetorical. He kept on fidgeting on his seat for he said the air conditioner was freezing. The ACU was centralized and there was no way for him to control the temperature. Heck! I was wearing short sleeves and I thought the cool air was fantastic. Anyway, I thought that my doctor would request for a complete laboratory and blood chemistry tests before he could decide whether to lower or up my medication dosage. Well, he did not and that troubles me. How can he decide to lower the dosage of my medication without even knowing my present blood chemistry results? So! I told daughter # 1 to get a request for a complete blood test and blood chem. I also told her to ask my doctor if I could take ephedra diet pill for a short time so I could lose some more weight fast. I have two very important events to attend and I definitely want to look my best.

A few months back, my blog's topic for a month was all about losing weight. I must have written more than 30 articles about the subject. The subject covered all aspects of shedding off pounds: exercising, dieting, diet pills, and more. I thought that writing about the many ways of losing weight would push to lose poundage too. No deal. I am still overweight and summer is almost at my door. Time to consider taking Solo Slim. The pill claims that within 30 minutes of taking it, you fill less hungry and your cravings for carbs and sweets diminish. Now, this pill is for me.

One thing I like about being pregnant is letting go of the notion of losing weight. If you are overweight to begin with, your doctor may actually put you on a reducing diet, but not to the extent of prescribing a type of dietpill. If you are normal in weight, make sure that you have a balanced diet - with proteins like meat, milk, eggs, beancurd, dried peas and beans; carbohydrates like rice, noodles, bread, potatoes and other complex startches; fiber, vitamins and fruits. Do no "eat for two" as that's an old wives' tale dooming you to a staggering weight gain during pregnancy. Lay low on fat, sugar and salt please.

Losing weight is easy for some but hard on others. There is no one way to lose weight but here are some tips on how you can save calories on food that you eat.

1. Try mixing brown rice with polished rice 2-3 times a week.
2. Cook noodles in soup rather than frying them.
3. Trim all visible fat and remove skin from chicken and other poultry when cooking. As much as possible, do not eat internal organs.
4 Eat lentils, beancurd or dried beans as meat substitute.
5. Use skim milk and other low fat dairy like cheese and butter.
6. Fill up with vegetables to increase volume of food. Use oil-free or fat-free salad dressing.
7. Make consommes (clear soup) instead of creamy ones.
8. Use polyunsaturated and monounsaturated oils like cor, soya or sunflower. Use oil sparingly.
9. Use non-stick pans to cut down on the amount of oil that you use in cooking.
10. Cut down on alcoholic and soda drinks.
11. Chew your food slowly.
12. Take smaller servings when you start a meal.
