Quality guitars, whether they be electric, acoustic or classical, are not exactly cheap. You really have to be able to qualify what a good-sounding guitar is from a mediocre-sounding guitar. Sure, you can buy a guitar at bargain prices but it is likely that the music produced is akin to strummed tin or a wailing cut. If you were to ask me you should opt to buy Godin Guitars. Note that there are several labels under Godin - Norman, Art & Lutherie, Simon and Patrick, La Patrie and Seagull. Each label has its specialized guitar type, from entry level to high-range ones.
