Remember the diet pill that was taken off the shelf about 5 years ago? Well, it's back in all its lose weight-effective-splendor. Adapexin is now adapexin-p and it has been reported that its two main ingredients, Phenylethylamine and Glucomannan, are really effective in losing weight. Phenylethylamine is known to suppress appetite and hunger while Glucomannan is a fiber that makes one feel full (and trigger one to stop eating). Of course there is no such thing as a miracle pill to lose weight as at the end of the day, one has to take in account calorie input and output. In other word, exercise and eat less to lose weight!
